Sara Schonfeld at HarperTeen has bought The Night Owls by A.R. Vishny, a myth-filled romantic debut following two Estries—owl-shifting women vampires from Jewish tradition—who break their oaths to never fall in love in order to face Manhattan's monstruous underworld and save the girl one of them loves with help from the crush of the other. Publication is planned for fall 2024; Linda Epstein at Emerald City Literary negotiated the deal for world English rights.
